I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Panama Zen Hotel! The rooftop pool, though small, was a great spot to unwind, and the breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of delicious options. My King Room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely big terrace, which added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and even let us use the facilities after checkout while waiting for our evening flight.

During my stay, I truly appreciated the clean rooms and accommodating staff. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape, and there was no shortage of local eateries within walking distance, making dining quite enjoyable.

However, the gym could have been improved with towels and a consistent supply of water. Additionally, the breakfast offered was decent but lacked variety compared to local dining options.

I almost wanted to give a good review, but the hand towels were a disaster, it took three requests to get them. Also, there's a hole where a refrigerator should've been, which was not exactly what I expected. All I wanted was some decent treatment, but apparently, offering compensation is not their style.

The hotel has great access features, making it easy for everyone to navigate. The breakfast was really enjoyable, and my son loved the rooftop pool. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay, ensuring we had what we needed.

My kids wished there were more activities for them to do. The WiFi connection could also use an upgrade.

The King Room was super comfy, with good AC and plenty of space. Loved the remodeled bathroom—just really nice. Plus, I appreciated the clean vibe all around. A view of the city from the window was a bonus! The only bummer was that there’s some noise from the city that can be heard at night, but that’s kinda expected when you’re in the middle of it all.

We enjoyed our stay! The comfortable bed offered a good night's rest, although a bit more space near the desk would have been ideal.
